What Do I Get?

MosaiquesVisuOnline provides you with two tables containing information on peaks identified in the spectrum and real-mass substances (peptides).

Note: The term peptide will be used synonymous for real-mass substance abundant in the sample.

The first table, referred to as CEMS-List, contains basic peak information, such as m/z-position & retention time. It will also list the most likely charge state and mass of positively identified peaks. The second table, referred to as PROT-List, contains mass-deconvoluted peaks, located in mass & retention time as well as a unique label for each peptide.

After uploading your raw data your spectrum will be processed within 24 hours and you will receive a notification email. Please login and you will find your results in "My Data". You can download the results and inspect them with any application suitable for ASCII-Files, e.g. MS-Excel®. Alternatively you may browse your results in a 2D contour plot using our PEPTEX-viewer.
