Data Submission

You have two options to submit your raw data files and receive analysis results.

  1. Upload to our WWW Server.
  2. Post delivery on CD or DVD.

 

WWW Upload

We recommend using our automated upload tool to submit your data files online. The tool features file compression, resume-upload, and is based on the secure file transfer protocol (sftp). You will need to have the Sun's java runtime environment (JRE) installed on your local computer to use this service. Check here for system requirements.

Post delivery

If you cannot take advantage of our online submission service, you may send us your data files on CD or DVD. Note, that we can not assume any responsibility for lost packages. The results will be sent back to you by insured mail within two business days of receipt of your CD/DVD.

Please provide a brief description of your experimental parameters and primary scientific interests, such as mass-range or whether you are interested in singly charged peaks. The spectrum analysis will be tuned accordingly to suit your needs.
